Jackie Lee
Jackie Lee represents employees in all aspects of employment law. She advocates for employees facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unfair pay practices, and guides clients through every stage of their disputes—from severance negotiations, pre-suit counseling, and agency charges through discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal. Jackie has litigated single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class and collective actions in state and federal courts across the country, including actions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Section 1981, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002, and related state-law claims.
Jackie founded the firm after spending a decade at one of the country’s largest and most well-respected employment law firms, Ogletree Deakins. Motivated by a desire to assist individuals, she launched her own firm to give employees high-caliber, sophisticated representation in matters that directly affect their livelihood, careers, and families. Drawing on her experience litigating complex employment cases nationwide, Jackie brings a practical, strategic, and detail-oriented approach to each matter, tailoring her advocacy to the client’s goals—whether that means negotiating a discreet resolution or preparing a case for trial.
Outside the office, Jackie can almost always be found in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood with her husband, Branson, and their two daughters, Sadie and Sophie.
